At alma, we combine the best of co-living, co-working, and retreat hospitality to offer you a unique workation experience. Located only a 10 minutes walk to the beach of the picturesque coastal village Vila Nova de Milfontes, we provide the perfect balance between relaxation and productivity.

Who is alma for?
Individuals
Spend time alone, with your partner, or friends in one of our cozy rooms or apartments, each equipped with a private desk. Work in our co-working spaces, interact with other guests, and enjoy our leisure activities and communal areas.
Groups & Teams
Experience a joint workation with friends, team offsites, or retreats. Utilize our professionally equipped co-working and workshop space, and relax in our cozy rooms. Enjoy healthy and delicious meals, or make use of our communal kitchen for self-catering.
Our Accommodations
Our lodging options include four cozy double bedrooms, two spacious suites, and two comfortable apartments – all with private bathroom and direct access to the garden or a private terrace. Overall we can host up to 22 guests – on request we can organize additional housing options nearby.
The communal areas include a big community kitchen and living room. Ideal for a quick meal, joint dinner or a relaxing movie night. Our pool and the expansive garden offer perfect spots for relaxation and outdoor activities.
Our co-working space features several workstations, equipped with height-adjustable desks, monitors, keyboards, and mice. Additionally, we have a meeting room available for private conferences and a 30m² multifunctional room for workshops, yoga classes or other activities.

About the Team
Olá, we are Anna & Patrizio
Inspired by a workation in Fuerteventura and the urge to work on a project we can put all our energy, values, interest and passion into, the idea of creating alma was born. And we cannot believe that this idea is actually and eventually becoming reality.
We have always been people persons and passionate hosts, with a deep love for travel and languages, discovering new cultures, and engaging with diverse perspectives.
Our lives have been enriched by interacting with people of different backgrounds, living in several countries and cultures, as well as working in different industries and environments.
We believe that humans strive for personal growth, connection and community and that a healthy environment, engaging with diverse people and self-reflection helps to become the best version of ourselves.
Our experiences, dreams and values cemented our passion for creating a space where people can come together, have fun, fill up their energy, share experiences, and grow both personally and professionally.
